Coq Au Vin

A classic French braise of chicken cooked with wine, brandy, bacon, mushrooms and garlic. Unlike the original recipe we use boneless breast and thigh and a cabernet sauvignon. Traditionally served with rice or potatoes but we like it with parsnip mash.

All meals come frozen.
