Beef & Burgundy Pie

Diced beef cooked slowly with red wine infused stock, mushrooms, carrots and garlic and topped with a light puff pastry. Sumptuous and addictive. Serve with potatoes dauphinois, new potatoes or yummy mashed potatoes and a green vegetable.
