Marmalade Glazed Whole Ham

From Hawkes Bay, the flavour of the ham has been developed with a traditional four weeks cure, using the same handmade brines and natural wood smoking processes they have been using for three generations. You can taste the difference. 

Cloves, mustard, sweetness & traditional. Xmas coloured ribbons.

Half ham at around 4-5kg in weight (option of butt end or knuckle end)

Whole ham at 8-9 kg in weight.

$49 per kg (weight is not confirmed until ham arrives).

Must be ordered before 12th December.
