Saint Phillip - Roasted Capsicum & Chilli 150ml
Inspired by traditional North American classics, Phillip is built on slow-roasted red peppers and onion, combined with mānuka-smoked jalapeño chillies. The roasting brings a gentle char and natural sweetness, creating a deeper, more rounded flavour than typical vinegar-forward hot sauces.
We use a blend of red wine vinegar and barrel-aged organic apple cider vinegar for brightness and body. The result is something familiar, but richer in colour, layered in flavour, and balanced with a clean, satisfying heat.
Tangy, smoky and endlessly versatile, Phil is just as good on eggs and fried chicken as it is on avocado, roasted vegetables, or anything that needs an extra kick.
