We start with mānuka-smoked chipotles for a lingering smokiness, then add direct-sourced cacao to bring subtle bitterness and body.
Warming, woody spices like cinnamon, allspice, anise and clove add complexity and depth, while slow-roasted onion and red peppers round things out with natural sweetness and savoury notes.
Finally, we balance things with barrel-aged organic apple cider vinegar for a gentle acidity that lifts and brightens the sauce.
The result is a rich, expressive hot sauce that’s earthy, smoky and full-bodied, with a smooth, lingering heat made for everyday use. Magnificent on roast vegetables, nachos, or stirred through mayonnaise for a great burger sauce.
