Thai Lamb Curry with Pumpkin and Coconut

A mild Thai curry made with lean boneless leg of lamb cubed and gently cooked with red curry paste, pumpkin,  coconut milk and our secret ingredient. Serve with jasmine rice and wilted spinach leaves.

All meals come frozen.
